Art. How do we love thee? Let us count the ways. There just can’t be enough art in our opinion.  There are so many ways in which to enjoy artwork, and artists in Charlotte.  At 5PR we have always loved artists – all of them-  at all levels and really appreciate how Charlotte continues to increase support for local art and creative messaging all over our fair city.  Let’s check out all the ways you can appreciate and enjoy art in action in Charlotte.

At 5 Points Realty

We would like to start our art journey here at home, our home.  We have been providing our office at 415 Beatties Ford Rd.  as a venue to showcase local and regional artists.  We invite any of you to come check it out. You don’t even have to be in the market for a house. Just come by, the more the merrier. We provide a nibble and cocktail or two and rooms full of artwork to enjoy or purchase for enjoyment and support of our artists community.

Here are some of the artists we have or will be hosting.  Heidi Nisbett, Raia Meister and Dash Dalrymple.

Shout out to our creative lovely Erica Vasile who creates beautiful paintings, and greeting cards always for sale at our office. You can contact Erica on Facebook or come by and say HI.

On the Street

Charlotte streets are the embodiment of art in action, not to mention a fun way to enjoy Charlotte neighborhoods. We highly recommend Art Walks CLT.  This is really such an amazing thing to do.  It’s a great way to showcase Charlotte with visiting friends and family.  Check out this website and take your own self-guided tour of our phenomenal and ever growing collection of Charlotte murals. From the east side to the greenways or do them all.  5 Points agents checked them out too!

“ArtWalksCLT is a community engagement tool that connects you to local public artworks and artists.  Each free self-guided artwalk provides specific location, artist info, story, key art terms and an opportunity to make a connection to an artwork.   From art gazing in Charlotte’s neighborhoods to wandering down alleys and peeking around corners, each artwalk is an adventure full of discovery. “

Seriously, how can you resist a description like that? You’re welcome.
