A hidden gem on Chalotte’s West Side. Seversville, an original Ring Village, was settled in the 1800s. The Ring Villages were essentially settlements around what is now the I-277 beltway. Rozzelles Ferry Road, Wesley Heights Way, West Trade Street, and Irwin Creek and Stewart Creek Greenways mark Seversville’s borders. Seversville centers around Savona Mill, now a historic landmark is being renovated for Charlotte Food Innovation District and currently houses our beloved Blue Blaze Brewing. The fantastic Greenway winds right up to Blue Blaze. Seversville is located right up to Uptown Charlotte and has a bird’s eye view of the Panther’s stadium.
