This position is 40 hours per week and is our liaison between the partners, managers, and our Broker team. Tech-Savvy skills are essential to this role in our company. A background in computer software such as word processing, PowerPoint (Google Slides), spreadsheets, and various web platforms is required. The creation and maintenance of a company client database is essential to this position. Day to day tasks include maintaining and coordinating the company calendar, managing the company offices, fulfilling Broker needs, and supporting the partners and management team with effective communication throughout the organization. No real estate license is required.
This position manages and monitors lead generation and lead management for our Broker team, including tracking lead conversion performance.
In addition, this position works with our marketing partners to fulfill our marketing and advertising plans.
