Villa Heights is one of Charlotte’s inner-ring neighborhoods. Villa Heights is now a hub of creative activity with breweries, shopping and the greenway all packed into this historic mill house neighborhood. Villa Heights also is a fun stop on the newest part of the Lynx Blue line. Easy to get to, and so easy to love. Villa Heights is situated beside Belmont neighborhood and runs seamlessly into NODA via N. Davidson corridor. The neighborhood originated around 1900 when Charlotte real estate developer Clayton O. Brown purchased a tract of land north of the old County Home Road (which is now Parkwood Avenue) and marketed the area as Villa Heights subdivision.
